Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@portdebras.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been made, we will not be able to cancel it. If your order is not yet in production, we will cancel your order and issue a refund per our refund policy stated below.
Please check your order over carefully before placing it. Depending on your location and stock availability, the time to receive your order may vary between 6 to 12 business days.
Returns and Exchange Policy
At Port de Bras, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of delivery for orders delivered within the United States and the European Union. Please note that we do not offer returns for orders delivered outside of these countries.
To initiate a return or ask for an exchange, please email contact@portdebras.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a return label and further instructions.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned folded in their original packaging.
- Items must not be altered, damaged, or worn.
- We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or promotional discounts. Sales on these items are final.
- Items must be sent to our storage facility in the US, Portugal, or Venezuela, depending on customer location.
Return and Exchange Fees
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, even if it is an exchange. The cost of this return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items as they are made-to-order. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. In these cases, we will gladly cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a new replacement at no extra charge.
- Any applicable restocking fees or shipping cost deductions will be clearly communicated to you via email before your refund is processed.
Exchange Benefits and Limitations
- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color. As we are a made-to-order brand and do not hold extensive stock, all exchanges are fulfilled by creating a new piece for you, which may take 6-12 business days to deliver.
- If you choose to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will waive the 20% restocking fee. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both the returned item back to us and the new item to you.
- If you prefer to receive a **store credit (gift card)** instead of a refund, we will also not charge a restocking fee. Items purchased with store credit are considered final sale and are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
- If after checking our size guide you're not satisfied, we offer made-to-measure sizing to accommodate you.
Refund Policy
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed, after which it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or violation of our terms and conditions.

We are a sustainable brand based in Caracas, Venezuela. We ethically make our products to avoid waste and damage to the environment or society, which is why we do not hold stock in most of the items shown on our website.
Part of our manifesto is to condemn overconsumption, inviting you to make wise and quality purchases through exclusive handmade pieces.
Our intention is not to penalize you but to be completely transparent with our conditions based on our ethics and values. We make each piece to order, and our artisans take 3-5 business days to complete it depending on its size and volume. Our products are specially handmade for you, and they are also free of material defects at the time of shipping.
