No cancellations may be made once your order has been placed. We will not cancel orders once it has been processed (typically within 2 hours of purchase).
Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed and begins to be prepared for manufacture and delivery.
Therefore, due to the nature in which we process, design, and produce your order along with the need to purchase some materials, we do not accept cancellation of any orders. PLEASE check your order over carefully before placing it.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item or offer you a store credit.
Port De Bras offers its clients the possibility of exchange.
To start the process, you have to send an email within 3 business days after receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the reason for exchange and if you require a different size, a different color, a different item, or a store credit.
If after checking our size guide and ordering with our sizing in mind, you're not satisfied, you may contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you and create a different size for you, but non-promotional shipping costs for both items will apply.
We do not offer free exchanges on any item(s). Please inspect your items upon delivery. If for any reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given.
Return & Refunds Policy
Port De Bras offers its clients the possibility of retracting within 3 business days after the product is delivered. The number of items eligible for return is a maximum of 2 pieces. Returns that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.
Due to the eco-friendly nature of our brand and business model, no returns will be accepted unless the client agrees to ship back the product to a US address and pay a restocking fee of $40 per item for a full refund. The items must be in perfect condition, unused, and inside their original packaging, including all labels.
If your order is eligible for a return, you have to send an email within 3 business days after receiving the product to email@example.com, with the reason for return to start the process.
After the email is reviewed by PORT DE BRAS, the customer will receive an email with the instructions to follow.
NOTE: Refunds will only be made in the form of store credit. NO refund of money is made.

We are a sustainable brand based in Caracas, Venezuela. We ethically make our products foreseeing no waste and damage to the environment or society. We do not manufacture industrially, for which we do not hold stock in most of the items shown on our website.
Part of our manifesto is to condemn overconsumption, inviting the user to make smart and quality purchases through exclusive handmade pieces. Our intention is not to penalize the client but to be completely transparent with our conditions based on our ethics and values.
We make each piece to order and we allow our artisans 3-5 business days to complete an order depending on the size and volume of such order. Our products are specially handmade for you and they are also free of material defects at the time of shipping.
