Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@portdebras.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been made, we will not be able to cancel it. If your order is not yet in production, we will cancel your order and issue a refund per our refund policy. PLEASE check your order over carefully before placing it.

Returns and Exchange Policy

At Port de Bras, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of delivery for orders delivered within the United States and the European Union. Please note that we do not offer returns for orders delivered outside of these countries.

To initiate a return or ask for an exchange, please email contact@portdebras.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a return label and further instructions.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must not be altered, damaged, or worn.
  • We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or promotional discounts.
  • Items must be sent to our storage facility in the US, Portugal, or Venezuela, depending on customer location.

Return and Exchange Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, even if it is an exchange.
  • We may deduct any return shipping costs and restocking fees from your refunds.
  • We may charge a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s value, depending on the item and the reason for return.

Exchange Benefits and Limitations

  • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the item is available in our inventory, we will not charge a restocking fee, and will be delivered with free shipping.
  • If you prefer to receive a store credit (gift card) instead of a refund, we will not charge a restocking fee.
  • If after checking our size guide you're not satisfied, we offer made-to-measure sizing to accommodate you, but customization fees will apply besides any restocking fee and shipping cost for both the returning item and the new item.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
  • Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or violation of our terms and conditions.

We are a sustainable brand based in Caracas, Venezuela. We ethically make our products foreseeing no waste and damage to the environment or society for which we do not hold stock in most of the items shown on our website.

Part of our manifesto is to condemn overconsumption, inviting you to make wise and quality purchases through exclusive handmade pieces. Our intention is not to penalize you but to be completely transparent with our conditions based on our ethics and values.

We make each piece to order, and we allow our artisans 3-5 business days to complete it depending on its size and volume. Our products are specially handmade for you, and they are also free of material defects at the time of shipping.
