Shipping

Yes, at Port de Bras we ship worldwide through UPS and DHL. Your order can be delivered to any address you specify. Please be aware of your country's customs regulations for receiving international packages since most of our shiments come from Venezuela.

We're a sustainable, made-to-order brand based in Caracas, Venezuela. To avoid waste, we ethically handmake each product after you place your order. Our artisans take 3-5 business days to complete each piece, and then an average transit time of 10 days for shipping.

Generally, no. Most of our pieces are made in Venezuela and the average transit time with DHL is 10 business days. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us and we'll try to make it possible if we have available stock in other locations.

To track your package, please keep an eye on your email inbox for a notification containing your unique tracking number. For US-based customers, you will receive two separate notifications: one when your package ships to our Miami Shipping Center and another when it is on its way to your address. For customers outside the US, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping information directly to your provided email address.

DHL is our primary carrier for shipments outside the US, and UPS for domestic shipments inside the US.

If you have received multiple tracking numbers, it's because your order is being shipped in separate deliveries from different locations. It's possible that you will receive the packages on different dates. Please carefully review your email as subsequent notifications with additional tracking numbers may overlap with previous messages.

Most of our shipments are from Venezuela, so they will be considered imports by your country's customs agency. However, customers within the United States typically do not pay import duties for our products. For other countries, import duties will apply and the amount may vary. If your package is held at customs, you will be contacted by the carrier for any required documentation or payment of duties. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us at contact@portdebras.com, and we will assist you as much as we can.

Returns & Exchanges

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us. Once an order has gone into production, it cannot be canceled.

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for orders within the United States and the European Union within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags. We do not accept returns for orders delivered outside these countries, or for items bought on sale or with a promotional discount.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items because they are made-to-order. This fee helps us to offset the cost of production and processing the return. However, we will waive this fee if you choose to receive a store credit or exchange for a different size or color.

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the original item. Since we are a made-to-order brand, we will create a new piece for you, and you will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item. We will waive the 20% restocking fee on the exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. In these cases, we may cover the return shipping costs for you.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on sale items. Due to the limited stock, we cannot assure that we will have the item you need in a different size. If it's your first time shopping with us, we recommend you to contact us so we can confirm that the piece you want will fit you in the chosen size.

To start a return or exchange, simply email us at contact@portdebras.com with your order number. Our team will send you a pre-paid return label and a return form. After you ship the item, we'll notify you once we've received it and your refund or exchange has been processed.

Product Information

We understand that finding the right size is crucial. That's why we invite you to consult our detailed size chart, available on each product page. If you still have doubts, our customer service team will be happy to assist you personally. Simply send us an email to contact@portdebras.com with your measurements and chosen products and we'll recommend the most suitable size.

No, most of our tops are made with double-layered fabric to provide excellent support in the bust area during your workouts, and this also prevents the fabric from becoming see-through. However, they do not have built-in cups.

We understand that every body is different. If you can't find your fit on our size guide, we offer made-to-measure services to ensure the perfect fit. Please contact us with your measurements, and we'll provide a quote and timeline for your custom piece.

To ensure the longevity of your handmade garment, we recommend following the care instructions on the label. Generally, this includes machine wash using a delicate cycle with cold water (no soaking), and air drying to prevent shrinkage and preserve the fabric's integrity.

Website Issues

There are a few reasons why your code may not be working. Please see below:

  1. You're selecting an item that already have a discount (on sale) but discount codes are only applicable to full-priced items.
  2. You already applied a discount code and discount codes are not combinable.
  3. You are inserting the code in the GIFT CARD section instead of discount code section.
  4. The promotion has expired.
